I remember reading somewhere about you mentioning that soaking your feet in epson salt for an hour a day helps draw toxins out of your body. Then adding that cold water increases its effectiveness.Any more advice on this subject?How much epson salt per gallow of foot bath water?Is an hour the right amount of time?Should be done daily for x number of days, or it makes no difference, no harm can come from doing it for too many days?Can the epson salt water be reused or one usage then discard it?I am trying to help my psoriasis skin clear up. Keep trying obeynature.com and hopefully the audio will work.There is a free 108 page book you need to get sent to you. Read it first. Before you do the 21 day OJ fast, you need to do some other cleaning first. I tell ya, MH; I havent done any flushes, cleanses, or fasts *yet*. Im just trying to get a grip on the day-to-day. (And Ill admit, I feel a bit overwhelmed at times. Hi Ami B!Thats awesome! Im sooo happy for you. Hair for a woman is everything. Ive had great luck with jojoba as well. I get a hair treatment at an aveda salon every once in a while cant remember what its called but its a bottle of oil and you apply to scalp with eyedropper and massage. You start to feel these things crackle and pop on your scalp -those are the deposits that are breaking up/down. It rectifies it for a little while but then I have to use it again. I was not expecting to feel nauseous, but then when I gave birth I threw up (hey, 1 vomit is worth 10 contractions.) But I digress. I tend to vomit when I resist what my body is trying to do. After reading your link on Potassium/Zinc I am not sure if Im difficient in both or have too much. My blood serum levels of potassium have always been on the low side of normal. Is there a good test out there to get the the true levels before supplementing? Does Great Smokies, DD, or Metametrix do this? I have personal doubts that there is ever a *grand arrival*. I do think that good body maintainence is like vehicle maintainece....regular filter cleaning and good fuel and rotation etc. does wonders for vehicle performance. I broke my cleanse one day early (went 9 instead of 10 days) on 2/13.Did the OJ for a full day and made veg soup for the next day (snuck a few sips of broth, was too tempting)Day 2, I know i was supposed to wait till evening to have the veg broth, but i didnt. Hello! My start date finally got here. I was feeling pretty nervous last night. The day has gone well so far. I have full faith in MHs DeWormer.Right now I am starting week three of taking MHs DeWormer twice a day, one tablespoon each time.At the same time I am taking eight capsules, one an hour, that have 1 drop of pure, full strength oregano oil and 12 drops of safflower oil. I have been making capsules with 13 drops of my own oil of oregeno mixture. I premix in a big dropper bottle 12 parts some good safflower oil and 1 part pure raw oregeno oil.For the caps, my wife found some good ones online. She bought the same size from two sources. One source the two ends fit together tight and the oil did not leak out. I believe that once youve started flushing youre not supposed to stop until you no longer get stones, sludge, etc, but after that you can stop and only do one a year or so for maintenance. I did the DD Hair test and did the counting rules. Seemed to prove right in that I had uranium levels off the charts! I tested my water and sure enough, extreme levels of uranium were found. We got a reverse osmosis filtration system to take it all out and it will take out all the bad stuff. Its the mercury, on the hair test, it showed acceptable levels, arsenic was just into the moderate level. Thank you. You are very kind in trying to help me. I am pretty bitter that the doctors didnt diagnose me back in February when I first went in complaining of pain. It doesnt seem like that hard of a thing to figure out. Heck, even when I last went in to my GP, she acted like I was bothering her. This was after I had been to the ER in such excruciating pain they had me on a morphine drip. I had to beg her to run some bloodwork. From your limited message, I can only suggest to do your DD and understand how the body operates better. Proteins are not the source of muscle gains - Proteins are made of smaller chain amino acids. Byron Richards sells molecularly distilled and modified DHAfish oil and says that it is the best. and that krill oil is unproven and green mussel oil a fantasy. Amazing how that works! The main thing is that all the information is presented from different sources about each supplement to let the reader decide for themselves. then you are self-experimenting in a weird way. The Topknot is a herbal spray for the hair. Not a syrup/tincture for internal use as a mineral supplement. It is a tincture formula and tinctures internally are taken 1-3 drops daily, up to 1 dropper 3x daily as a standard...taking 1/4 ounce is a huge amount. I always wondered how the tests of the general population were compared to mine.I had three DD lab urine tests for heavy metals. Hi Everyone!I want to say that I’ve received some emails about recent postings in regard to Shroom. Aprx and I understand the concerns. People wished that we were a little “nicer” and others understood that it is, unfortunate, but necessary.I want to say, that I personally don’t enjoy this, and as far as I know, Apxr doesn’t either. Hi Everyone!When I saw these, my jaw dropped -- they are additional Micrographs that came from 70428. We think that it is pretty obvious that there is an infection/infestations, despite the many protocols that were tried to get rid of the problem. I think it is hard to deny the presented evidence. After viewing these, I think we can understand why 70428 is having some difficulty in digesting the information provided.
